Fun talk by Renny Gleeson at TED, explaining what 404 pages are, how they make us feel, and how, as brands, we can use them as opportunities to create a dialogue based on what the brand is and how it wants to comnvey its ethos.

Not that Californication is a particularly good show or anything, but this tirade by Hank Moody really struck a chord. It seems that, with the rapid progression of technology, people (especially those who, unlike me, are ‘true digital natives’ ) are forgetting to attach any sort of important to how/why they write. And so while I may use the occasional acronym, I promise to keep my T-Log clean and well-written.
